The Role:

The Branch Manager leads all branch operations and personnel to drive profitable growth, operational excellence, and team development. This role owns branch performance, fosters a high accountability culture, and ensures alignment with Peterman Brothers’ core values.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead and develop branch team members across all service lines including HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical.
  • Own branch P&L performance and drive profitable revenue growth through strong operational leadership and accountability.
  • Directly manage branch performance against key at risk bonus metrics including gross profit, safety, and membership growth.
  • Coach and hold technicians accountable to KPIs, performance standards, and revenue expectations.
  • Drive employee development through regular 1:1 meetings, branch meetings, field observations, and coaching conversations.
  • Facilitate and support technician progression through Peterman Brothers’ Path to Progression program, including KPI management, competency development, and job leveling discussions.
  • Build a high performance culture centered around accountability, urgency, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop staffing plans to ensure the branch is properly staffed to meet customer demand and growth goals.
  • Train and coach teams on customer experience, sales process, and operational execution to maximize performance.
  • Monitor branch performance metrics and proactively implement action plans to improve results.
  • Oversee customer satisfaction and ensure prompt, professional resolution of escalated customer concerns.

What You'll Need:

  • 2 years of residential trade experience (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical) or other adjacent industries or home services experience.
  • Have 5 years of management experience.
  • Possess the ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in our team members.
  • Ability to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to drive team performance to achieve all business goals and objectives
  • Be detail oriented and a highly organized multi-tasker with good presentation skills and the ability to convey confident and decisive messages in a fast-paced and goal-driven environment.
  • Proficient in computer use and Microsoft applications.
