Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Performs full range of complex, clerical or specialized administrative tasks, requiring knowledge of organization and policies.
- Analyzes, schedules, collects, maintains or processes information such as truck releases, vehicle documentation, quality records, while acting as resource to department manager.
- Participates in documentation processes, obtaining, compiling, maintaining and issuing necessary records, reports, and data or lists, ensuring accuracy of content and correct distribution.
- Coordinates with and provides information to other departments, divisions, suppliers, customers or applicants as necessary.
- Directs or assists in training of less experienced personnel.
- Plans, researches, organizes, analyzes and completes special projects within specific department and facility as a whole.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- 3-5 years' experience at the supervisory level in an automotive manufacturing environment or five to seven years' experience at the supervisory level in operations or equivalent environment
- Demonstrated Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience.
- Bachelor's Degree is required.
