Overview
As a Produce Associate, you’ll keep fresh products stocked, organized, and ready for customers. You’ll support daily produce operations by receiving, handling, packaging, and merchandising products while maintaining a clean, safe work area. Your impact: Careful stocking and product rotation help customers find fresh produce and support reliable inventory control.
Responsibilities
- Receive, load, and unload produce; check shipments and organize products for storage and display.
- Stock, package, rotate, and merchandise produce; assist with retail sales and customer service.
- Clean and maintain work areas and equipment; follow safe lifting practices during manual handling and heavy lifting.
- Order produce based on daily needs in a timely manor.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and organizational skills, basic math ability, and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to perform handling, loading, shipping and receiving.
- Produce, retail store experience, retail store product knowledge, or warehouse experience is helpful; related experience is preferred, not required.
- Familiarity with stocking, packaging, maintenance, inventory management, or sales is an asset.
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
