The qualified candidate will effectively manage their own personal queue of daily accounts, maintain a professional and courteous telephone demeanor and demonstrate independent and creative decision making.  The firm prides itself on professional communications with all contacts and strict adherence and compliance with all Federal and state regulations.

A base salary for the qualified candidate will be commensurate with proven work performance.  Additional compensation is derived through a monthly tiered bonus structure along with creative employee performance incentives.
