What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Mills Setup Operator 2nd Shift position at Peter Paul Electronics?
[Position Overview Will operate and set up all CNC Mills as directed by the department supervisor. 1st and 2nd shift available.

- Must be able to operate all CNC Mills unsupervised.
- Must be able to adjust set up or tooling as required.
- Performsetups without supervision.
- Must be able to read, interpret and follow all blueprints and instructions and be able to determine and select appropriate gauging.
- Is responsible for the quality of all parts produced leaving assigned equipment.
- Minimum of 1-3 years experience in machine operation
- Computer literacy
- Trainability
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds using proper lifting techniques
- Ability to make sound decisions and accept responsibility,
- Ability to work with others,
- Understanding of the Lean Enterprise Tool
