We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Manager to lead our Plumbing Department with enthusiasm and precision. Pay Range: $90,000 - $140,000 per year

What You'll Do
- Lead and support plumbing teams to meet performance, quality, and safety goals.
- Manage daily operations including scheduling, workflow, and job completion standards.
- Coach, train, and mentor plumbers and apprentices to improve skill and consistency.
- Monitor KPIs such as revenue, close rate, callbacks, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, permit requirements, and company policies.
- Partner with dispatch, sales, and customer service to optimize the customer experience.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure effective resolution.
- Conduct ride-alongs, performance reviews, and regular team meetings.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and retention of top plumbing talent.
- Maintain inventory, truck standards, and tool/equipment readiness.
- Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as needed to support business operations.
What We're Looking For
- 5 years of plumbing experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibility.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of residential service plumbing.
- Proven ability to lead teams and improve performance through coaching.
- Solid understanding of plumbing codes, safety standards, and permitting processes.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage escalations.
- Comfortable using field service software, mobile apps, and reporting tools.
