Competitive Pay Snow Event Incentive.

Our snow removal operators are compensated through a combination of hourly pay and commission-based pay per property

We also offer a Snow Event Incentive Pay structure designed to reward employees who stay committed and work through longer snow events.

During extended snow events, after approximately 13–20 hours of work, the hourly compensation increases to $45 per hour.

In addition to the hourly compensation, operators can earn commission based on the properties they complete. The more efficiently you complete your assigned properties, the greater your earning potential.

We reward the people who show up, work hard, stay through the event, and get the job done.
