Duties
- Supervise and coordinate landscaping projects, including planting,sod,drainage solutions,retaining walls,boulder walls, paver patios and walkways and more
- Lead a team of landscape workers, providing clear instructions and motivating them to achieve project goals
- Ensure all landscape maintenance tasks are performed efficiently, safely, and to high standards
- Oversee the installation of new landscapes, including soil preparation, planting, and construction elements
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols
- Manage scheduling of daily tasks and allocate resources effectively for multiple projects
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, and project timelines
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, hardscape installations or related construction fields with supervisory responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, gardening techniques, lawn care, tree care, and irrigation systems
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively and foster a positive work environment
- Familiarity with landscape construction processes and maintenance procedures
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in project planning and execution
- Ability to operate relevant equipment safely and efficiently
- Good communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and suppliers
