Lead a High-Performing Team at One of Ohio's Premier Independent Jewelers
Peter & Company Jewelers is a family-owned, customer-focused jewelry store with a strong reputation for exceptional service, relationship-based selling, and a collaborative team culture. As we prepare for an exciting store expansion and move into our new location, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to help lead our sales team into the next chapter of growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales professional who enjoys coaching others, building client relationships, and driving sales performance while maintaining a positive, team-oriented culture.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of jewelry sales professionals
- Drive sales performance and hold the team accountable to individual and store goals
- Train and mentor new team members on sales techniques, customer service, and client development
- Foster a collaborative, supportive sales environment
- Monitor key performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and performance development
- Build and maintain strong client relationships within the community
- Lead by example through exceptional customer service and personal selling
What We're Looking For
- Previous retail sales leadership experience preferred
- Jewelry industry experience is welcomed but not required
- Strong track record of achieving sales goals and motivating others to succeed
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Positive, team-first attitude

Compensation & Benefits
- Total compensation target: $65,000 - $80,000
