β What You'll Bring:
- π Active Registered Nurse (RN) License β State of Pennsylvania (Required)
- β€οΈ Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- π₯ Long-term care or senior living experience preferred
- π¬ Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- πͺ Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and assisting residents in emergencies
- π High school diploma or GED equivalent

Peter Becker Community, a top-rated senior living community, is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team! We currently have openings for Part-Time Weekend RNs who are passionate about providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and mission-driven environment.
In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care, oversee unit operations during your shifts, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements β all while bringing compassion, professionalism, and heart to your work.
πΌ Responsibilities
- π©Ή Provide resident-centered nursing care in accordance with care plans and policies
- π Oversee daily nursing unit operations and ensure schedules and procedures are followed
- π Allocate work assignments, train staff, and participate in evaluations
- π§Ύ Conduct resident assessments, notify physicians as needed, and update care plans
- π Administer and monitor medications and treatments per guidelines
- π‘ Ensure infection control practices, safety measures, and emergency protocols are followed
- π Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care across shifts
- π¬ Communicate compassionately with residents, families, physicians, and care teams
- π€ Participate in Care Conferences, meetings, and in-service education
