✅ What You'll Bring:
- 📜 Active Registered Nurse (RN) License – State of Pennsylvania (Required)
- ❤️ Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
- 🏥 Long-term care or senior living experience preferred
- 💬 Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- 💪 Ability to perform physical duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and assisting residents in emergencies
- 🎓 High school diploma or GED equivalent

We currently have openings for Part-Time Weekend RNs who are passionate about providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a supportive and mission-driven environment.
In this role, you will provide exceptional nursing care, oversee unit operations during your shifts, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements — all while bringing compassion, professionalism, and heart to your work.
💼 Responsibilities
- 🩹 Provide resident-centered nursing care in accordance with care plans and policies
- 🗂 Oversee daily nursing unit operations and ensure schedules and procedures are followed
- 📋 Allocate work assignments, train staff, and participate in evaluations
- 🧾 Conduct resident assessments, notify physicians as needed, and update care plans
- 💊 Administer and monitor medications and treatments per guidelines
- 🛡 Ensure infection control practices, safety measures, and emergency protocols are followed
- 📝 Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate care across shifts
- 💬 Communicate compassionately with residents, families, physicians, and care teams
- 🤝 Participate in Care Conferences, meetings, and in-service education
