✨ Position Summary:
Peter Becker Community, a top-rated senior living community, is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses to join our team! We currently have openings for a PRN/Pool RNs (Registered Nurse). In this roles, you’ll provide high-quality resident care, oversee nursing unit operations during your shifts, and ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements — all while bringing compassion, professionalism, and heart to your work.
💼 Responsibilities:

🩹 Provide resident-centered nursing care in line with care plans and policies

🗂 Oversee daily operations of the nursing unit and ensure schedules/procedures are followed

📋 Allocate work assignments, train staff, and participate in evaluations

🧾 Conduct resident assessments, notify physicians as needed, and update care plans

💊 Administer and monitor medications/treatments per guidelines

🛡 Ensure infection control, safety measures, and emergency protocols are in place

📝 Maintain accurate records and coordinate care across shifts

💬 Communicate compassionately with residents, families, physicians, and care teams

🤝 Contribute to Care Conferences and attend meetings/in-services
✅ Qualifications:

🎓 High school diploma or GED equivalent

📜 Registered Nurse License – State of Pennsylvania (Required)

❤️ BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification – Current and valid

💬 Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills

🏥 Long-term care or senior living experience preferred

💪 Ability to perform physical duties including lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, and assisting residents in emergencies
