Peter Becker Community has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Installation/Renovation Tech to join our Renovations Team! This role is perfect for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful, functional spaces for our community.

💼 Responsibilities:

🪚 Perform renovations, repairs, and maintenance across community facilities

🧱 Handle drywall repair, cabinet installation, electrical troubleshooting, and plumbing as needed

❄️ Provide snow removal assistance during winter months when required

🏗 Support projects that enhance and maintain a welcoming, high-quality living environment for residents
✅ Qualifications:

🎓 High school diploma or GED equivalent

🔧 Experience in one or more areas preferred: carpentry, drywall, electrical, plumbing, or cabinet installation
