About the Role
We're looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who enjoys helping customers and closing sales opportunities. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a major role in converting inquiries into booked jobs.
This is not simply an answering service position — your ability to build relationships and close bookings directly impacts your income.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, texts, emails, and customer inquiries
- Convert leads into booked appointments
- Provide quotes and schedule services
- Identify upsell opportunities for additional services
- Collect payments and deposits when required
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM
- Assist with scheduling updates and administrative tasks
- Support the General Manager with office operations
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills over phone, text, and email
- Comfortable asking for the sale and closing bookings
- Strong organizational and computer skills
- Ability to learn CRM and scheduling software
- Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Previous customer service, sales, or call center experience preferred
