Pete's RV Center is excited to invite applications for the role of Parts & Accessory Specialist. As a vital part of our team, you will help customers find the right parts and accessories for their RV needs while ensuring a customer-first approach.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and obtaining the correct parts and accessories
- Provide excellent customer service at all times, both in-person, over the phone, and via email
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash management
- Maintain organized inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and display products appealingly
- Utilize catalog systems and online databases to research and locate parts for inquiries
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure prompt parts assignment for service orders
- Manage special orders, ensuring customers are notified when their parts arrive
- Participate in showroom maintenance and keep products clean and organized
- Assist technicians with parts for their jobs as well as ordering parts when needed
- Perform cycle counts and inventory
- Assist with shipping and receiving tasks
- Participate is all other tasks needed to assist the team
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Experience in retail or parts sales is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift products and manage physical inventory tasks.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

Job Type: Full-time
Saturday availability required
Pay: $45,000-$60,000/ per year including a monthly work performance incentive.
