Position Summary:
The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, and have superior communication, organizational and computer skills. Must be able to multi-task. The candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and the desire to take initiative. It is essential that this candidate possess a warm and welcoming personality, have strong administrative, organizational, and interpersonal skills. It is imperative that this candidate be trustworthy, professional and exhibit a high level of confidentiality. This person must demonstrate Pete’s Market Four Pillars: Value, Aesthetic, Quality, and Service.
Essential Functions and Duties:
- Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with clients
- Manage clerical, administrative, personal and business details, including calls, meetings, travel and entertainment
- Prepare internal and external corporate documents for team members and industry partners
- Schedule meetings, appointments and manage travel itineraries
· Able to coordinate calendars / calendar scheduling
- Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
· Perform all other related duties and responsibilities as apparent or as assigned
Education, Certifications, and Qualifications:
- College degree preferred, or an equivalent of education plus experience in an office environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or a similar role reporting directly to senior management
Other Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have a reliable source of transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
- Strict attention to detail with ability to prioritize issues appropriately
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule with various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as determined by the business needs
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Physical demands include, but are not limited to, frequent use of hands for squeezing motion, bending and twisting writs, standing in one location, walking, turning, reaching, stooping/bending, squatting, lifting/carrying objects 5 to 40 lbs., pushing/pulling up objects 100 to 200 lbs., hand to eye coordination; occasional lifting objects over 40 lbs. and pushing/pulling up objects 100 to 500 lbs., climbing ladders, stooping and crawling. May be exposed to various temperature changes and work environments. The potential for prolonged sitting, standing, walking, squatting, and/or bending
- The ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on occasion
- Travel to store locations required
- Occasional high stress when dealing with systems, customers, and/or staff members

Starting hourly rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and will vary based on things like location, experience, and qualifications. All positions are eligible for Overtime, and some positions will have guaranteed Overtime available.
Salary Range is 50k-65k
