What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fire Protection Sales Representative position at Petcosky Companies?
Petcosky Fire Protection Inc. is looking for a sales professional with proven experience in building relationships in a B2B sales environment and knowledge of fire protection-related services. This role will be responsible for generating new fire protection inspection, testing, and preventative maintenance business. A successful candidate will be able to gain new clients, while supporting existing ones, by providing detailed product, system, and technical information.
Responsibilities
- Generate new inspection and service contracts (sprinkler, kitchen hoods, extinguishers etc.)
- Build relationships with property managers, facility directors, and business owners
- Follow-up on leads, quotes, and renewals
- Upsell inspection, testing, and maintenance services
- Work closely with operations to ensure smooth customer onboarding
Qualifications
- Experience in developing and executing territory sales strategies
- Fire protection experience is a strong plus (Sprinkler, alarm, extinguishers)
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
