We would love to hear from you!Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Facilitate communication between each departmentGreet owners as they arriveCheck-in patients for their appointmentsCollect and confirm pet and owner informationUse of multi-line phone, text, e-mail systemSchedule, confirm, and cancel appointmentsReview charges and process paymentsReceive and relay communication with clients verbally and in electronic medical recordsOther administrative duties, as assignedQualifications2 years of Customer Service experience is required.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficient with computer systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and veterinary practice management software.Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.Comfortable being around dogs and cats of all temperaments.Able to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment.Experience in client education and problem resolution.
