General Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and explain our services or help with any service request.
- Manage booking and customer appointments.
- Promote sales of memberships, retail, and additional services.
- Assist self-service customers.
- Check in and out pets and verify that all services are completed beyond clients' expectations.
- Handle customer complaint resolution.
- Carry out area cleaning procedures.
- Look for opportunities to promote teamwork while strengthening and diversifying your skills.
General Requirements
- Good Verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (Bilingual Mandatory)
- Sales experience desired
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- Pleasant personality, capable of working in a team environment
- Respect, appreciation, love, and passion for pets. Pet bathing and/or grooming experience desired
- Customer service background and strong service orientation
- Basic computer software knowledge
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
