About Us:
We are a vibrant Chinese restaurant located in the heart of Overton Square, Memphis. Our focus is on delivering authentic flavors, warm hospitality, and a lively dining and bar experience. We are seeking a Front of House Manager with bartending and management experience to lead our team and uphold our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with General Manager, manage and oversee all front-of-house operations, including servers, bartenders, and hosts.
• Train, coach, and schedule FOH staff to ensure excellent guest service.
• Support bartending operations as needed, including mixing and serving drinks.
• Maintain a professional, guest-focused environment while handling customer concerns quickly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service standards.
• Assist with bar and FOH inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cash reconciliation.
• Create a positive, team-oriented culture while holding staff accountable for performance.

Qualifications:

• ServSafe Certification preferred (or ability to obtain within 60 days).
• TABC (Tennessee Alcoholic Beverage Commission) license required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a busy, high-volume setting.
• Bartending background is preferred but not required.
• Fluent speaking in Chinese or Spanish and different culture background is a huge plus.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
