What are the responsibilities and job description for the Farm Worker position at Petals Farm?
Petals Farm is a family owned and operated cut flower farm, which has been growing quality flowers and ornamentals in Huntley, Illinois since 1992.
We are looking to hire someone who:
Has a positive attitude and good work ethic.
Floral work, such as picking and making bouquets.
The ability to plant, harvest, weed, bouquet work and general field maintenance.
Prepare for farmers markets.
The ability to lift heavy buckets of flowers.
Work in the outdoor elements.
Work as a group and independently.
Reliable transportation.
This is a seasonal business that begins in April through November.
Floral design skills are not required but more than welcomed.
Job Type: Full Time/Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
