Our Pet Supplies Plus distribution center (Pet Depot) is seeking an Human Resources Administrative Assistant *Bilingual . They will provide HR administrative support, assist with new hire onboarding, and facilitate team member engagement activities in support of distribution of all of our pet-friendly merchandise within our store supply chain.

Responsibilities/Qualifications
Human Resources Administrative Assistant *Bilingual key responsibilities include:
- Able to maintain strict confidentiality
- Lead new hire orientations
- Assist with translating for effective team communication and be a liaison to warehouse floor for team member regarding attendance concerns and human resource issues
- Provide administrative support for the HR Manager and assisting safety ambassador, as needed.
- Support a fun learning environment and track the team recognition program; maintain postings on the bulletin boards, and suggestion boxes weekly, also assisting with team member engagement activities, vet area, donation basket, etc.
- Assist with branded product ordering, distribution, and inventory for the distribution center and the team
- Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
- Complete weekly cleaning of designated areas
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
- Previous Human Resources experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail/accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment while managing multiple tasks
