Groomer

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pet Groomer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for animal care and grooming, ensuring that pets leave our facility looking and feeling their best. As a Pet Groomer, you will play a vital role in enhancing the well-being of pets while providing excellent service to their owners.

Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling for various breeds of dogs.
• Assess the condition of pets’ coats and skin to determine appropriate grooming techniques.
• Handle animals safely and comfortably during grooming sessions, ensuring their well-being throughout the process.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area, including tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding grooming services, pet care tips, and any observed health concerns.
• Provide excellent customer service by building rapport with clients and addressing their needs or concerns.
• Stay updated on grooming trends, techniques, and best practices to ensure high-quality service.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pet grooming is necessary.
• Strong knowledge of pet care practices including animal restraint techniques.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with pet owners.
• Ability to handle various breeds of dogs with patience and care.
• A genuine passion for animals and commitment to their welfare.
