As a Pet Supplies Plus Groomer, you’re pawsitively passionate about pets, people, and neighborly service. You’ll:
- turn shaggy pups into polished pets—even when a terrier wants a poodle look
- share plenty of smiles, nose kisses, and puppy breath along the way
What you’ll do:
- Brush, bathe, condition, groom, and style pets to owners’ requests and breed standards
- Keep every pet safe, comfortable, and well cared for
- Build neighbor relationships and recommend helpful products and services
- Maintain a clean, inviting salon and support the store team during downtime
- Support outreach and complete Safety, Bather/Brusher, and Grooming Academy certifications
You’re PAWsome if you:
- Have 2 years of grooming experience plus formal certification or training under a certified groomer
- Have a high school diploma/GED and 1 year of retail or service experience
- Can lift pets or equipment up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, or stoop for extended periods
- Can work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Are at least 16 and can pass required drug, background, and selection tests
- Are able to provide documentation of most recent work
Job details: Full-time, in person in Cedar Hill, TX 75104. Employee discount and flexible schedule. Hourly or commission pay (whichever is higher). Monday–Friday with weekends as needed. 2 years of pet grooming required; grooming certification preferred. Must commute or relocate before starting.
