What You'll Do
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
- Assist with payroll and financial reporting
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Work in QuickBooks to manage daily accounting tasks
- Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve and streamline processes
What We're Looking For
- Previous bookkeeping experience (preferred)
- Experience with QuickBooks is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
