Responsibilities:
- Bathe and dry dogs of various sizes, coat types, and breeds, including handling dogs with different coat conditions and temperaments.
- Brush out dogs to remove mats and tangles.
- Clean ears, trim nails, express anal glands, and perform other basic grooming tasks.
- Assist groomers with preparing dogs for grooming.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Provide excellent customer service to pet owners.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all pets in your care.
Qualifications:
- Love for animals and a patient, gentle approach.
- Ability to handle dogs of various sizes and temperaments.
- Strong attention to detail and good time management.
- Experience preferred but not required.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy dogs when necessary.
