Bark If You’re Dirty ~ Healthy Pet Center is seeking professional and experienced groomers to join our award-winning Phoenix Grooming team. (New Times & Phoenix Magazine's "Best Of Phoenix" Winners)
We provide a unique environment that values diversity and gives you the ability to groom in a positive setting. Our compensation starts at 50% commission with potential to receive up-to 60% based on performance and longevity. We are a busy salon with a large base of existing repeat clients. We take care of everything, (from maintaining your appointments, inputing & updating customers' pets info, etc..) & provide you with everything, to give you the opportunity to do what you do best.

Looking for experienced groomers of all breeds cut standards. Cat grooming is always a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
- In our Grooming Salon, you’ll have the opportunity to build personal relationships with your clients each time they visit and truly become a part of their family
- With your skills and expertise, you’ll advise pet parents on the best services for their pets and perform grooming services that exceed their expectations
- This position is also responsible for upholding the company’s vision, mission, values, and strategy
- This role also shares responsibility of store cleanliness, recommending of solutions for pet parents, and pet safety standards
- Perform grooming services, including bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling, to meet client specifications and breed standards
- Ensure the safety and comfort of pets during grooming procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their preferences and address any concerns
- Monitor and report on the health and condition of pets, including skin, coat, and overall well-being
- Handle and restrain pets in a gentle and compassionate manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and grooming techniques to enhance skills
- Maintain grooming equipment and tools in good working condition
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
