Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and a passion for delivering veterinary care that meet those needs. Experience in Daysmart and Vetsource is a plus, but not required.
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of service.
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage customer accounts effectively.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement in service delivery.
- Collaborate with veterinary team to provide seamless support throughout the customer journey.
- Communicate veterinary products and benefits clearly to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of veterinary products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude and fostering long-term relationships.
- Participate in housekeeping responsibilities to maintain a clean environment
- Capable of lifting 40 lbs to assist client with transportation of patients from vehicle to examination rooms.
Experience
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Familiarity with Daysmart platform is highly desirable.
- Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Chrome, Gmail
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to assess and prioritize customer needs effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing individual responsibilities.
- Previous veterinary experience is an advantage.
