- Assess each dog’s health condition and communicate any concerns related to veterinary or veterinary technician experience to pet owners or management
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming station, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in excellent working order
- Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with pet owners, explaining grooming processes, and addressing any questions or special requests
