Pet Nanny is a locally owned, established pet care company serving families throughout the Main Line and surrounding communities. We’re looking for dependable, caring individuals to join our team as part-time Pet Care Professionals.

At Pet Nanny, you’ll receive the benefits of being a W-2 employee, including paid training, ongoing local support, workers’ compensation and liability insurance. Our professional pet care software provides structured scheduling and communication, while you can continue caring for your existing private clients.
Our team provides in-home pet care, dog walking and personalized attention to pets while their owners are away. You’ll make a meaningful difference in the lives of animals and give their families peace of mind knowing their pets are in good hands.
This is year-round employment with an established local business — not app-based gig work.
What You’ll Do
- Visit clients’ homes to care for dogs, cats and other household pets
- Walk dogs and provide exercise, fresh air and outdoor activity
- Feed pets, prepare meals and make sure fresh water is available
- Clean litter boxes and handle other routine pet care responsibilities
- Provide companionship, playtime, affection and individualized attention
- Administer medications when needed
- Send clients photos and detailed visit updates through our pet care software
- Help maintain clients’ homes while they travel, including bringing in mail, watering plants and changing lights

The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Comfortable and confident caring for animals of different sizes and personalities
- Dependable, punctual and responsible
- Trustworthy and respectful of clients’ homes and belongings
- Organized and able to manage visits independently
- A clear, friendly and professional communicator
- Comfortable working outdoors throughout the year
- Available to work some weekends and holidays
- Interested in a position they can commit to for at least six months, with the desire to stay longer
Qualifications
- Must live in or near the Main Line service area
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Current personal auto insurance
- Comfortable driving between client homes
- Able to work outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Must successfully complete a background check
