Starting Pay: $20.60/hour with guaranteed pay increases
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM until completion
No Scheduled Weekends

We're looking for an experienced Receiver / Reach Truck Operator to join our warehouse team. If you're dependable, safety-focused, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Unload inbound trucks, trailers, and containers safely and efficiently
- Operate reach trucks and other warehouse equipment to move and store product
- Verify incoming shipments and ensure inventory accuracy
- Build pallets accurately and securely to prevent product damage
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Support warehouse operations as needed to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Reach Truck experience
- Ability to repeatedly lift, move, and carry up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
- Ability to read, write, and understand English, including identifying numbers and product information
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts and electric pallet jacks
- Certification on electric pallet jack equipment a plus
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), including Infor WMS, a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Additional Physical Requirements
Some positions may require working in a walk-in freezer. Team members assigned to these areas must be able to work in temperatures at or below -5°F for extended periods while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment.

- Additional pay increase after 1 year
- Ongoing wage progression based on length of service
