What You’ll Do
As a Dog Groomer, you’ll provide top-quality grooming services while ensuring every pet feels safe, comfortable, and cared for.
- Bathe, brush, trim, and style dogs according to breed standards and owner preferences
- Perform nail trims, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing
- Assess coat and skin conditions; flag any health concerns
- Handle pets safely and humanely throughout the grooming process
- Maintain a clean, organized grooming workspace and sanitized tools
- Build positive relationships with pet parents through clear communication
- Stay up to date with grooming trends, techniques, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Previous grooming or animal care experience preferred - minimum 1 year
- Strong animal handling skills and a gentle, patient approach
- Knowledge of breed-specific grooming styles is a plus
- Ability to lift and handle pets of various sizes
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
