What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinarian, Full-time or Part-time position at Pet Dental Clinic?
Loveland Pet Dental Clinic is a newer facility focused solely on dentistry and wellness. We operate 5 days/week--no weekends--providing quality, affordable dentistry services for dogs, cats, and ferrets. We have a well-designed schedule and fee structure that promotes clear expectations for employees and clients.
We have all 5-star reviews for client satisfaction and have a high demand for the outstanding service and experience we provide. We are expanding hours at a new location and are looking for another veterinarian to join our team. We have three shifts available that are rotated weekly. Shifts are 7:40-2:40, 9:00-4:00, and 10:20-5:20.
Veterinarians will have 3-4 technicians assigned to them and see approximately 4-6 patients per day. Technicians are highly skilled, utilized, and able to work independently. Veterinarians will meet with clients, perform general health and dental exams, provide anesthetic and treatment plans for technicians to carry out, interpret radiographs, and perform simple and complex dental extractions. We have new equipment which includes in-house laboratory and dental radiography.
Our goal is to provide an exceptional client experience. We promote a calm, friendly atmosphere for pets, clients, and employees. We are looking for friendly, kind people, with excellent communication skills who like working with clients. We value work/life balance and want you to enjoy coming to work. If you want to have a reliably nice workday and you enjoy dentistry, this is the place for you!
Veterinarians can select their schedule--2-5 days/week, but Wednesday and Friday are our current priorities. We require 1 year of clinical experience and mentorship is provided.
