We’re hiring a Reservation Specialist to be the voice of our brand — driving bookings, building trust with pet parents, and creating an exceptional client experience over the phone.

What You’ll Do 📞

• Answer inbound calls with energy and professionalism
• Convert inquiries into booked services
• Follow proven sales systems and scripts
• Upsell enrichment, grooming, bathing, training & retail
• Follow up on leads and re-engage past clients
• Maintain detailed, accurate client records
• Help us hit booking and add-on goals
  
  

Who You Are ✨

• A natural extrovert who loves talking to people
• Confident on the phone and comfortable handling objections
• Sales-minded and goal-driven
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Coachable and excited to grow
• Available some weekends and peak holiday periods
• 2 years of customer service or sales experience preferred
