About the Role:
As a Groomer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality grooming services to our clients' pets. You will work closely with pet owners to understand their specific needs and preferences, and ensure that their pets receive the best possible care. Your main goal will be to ensure that pets are comfortable, healthy, and happy after each grooming session. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification in pet grooming
- Experience grooming a variety of dog breeds and sizes
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with cats and other small animals
- Experience with breed-specific grooming styles
- Experience with hand-stripping and hand-scissoring techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Groom pets according to client specifications
- Provide excellent customer service to pet owners

This is a W-2 position with a starting commission of 40% plus tips, paid time off, 401(k) with employer match, flexible scheduling, discounted pet care services, a 20% discount on retail products, and paid training in pet first aid and dog behavior.
