Flexible Scheduling
We understand that great grooming requires both consistency and flexibility. That’s why we now offer customizable schedules, allowing groomers to choose between:
- 4-day workweeks
- 5-day workweeks
- Or alternating 4/5-day rotations
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full-service grooming with a focus on safety, comfort, and quality
- Evaluate pets’ coat condition and recommend appropriate services
- Communicate clearly with clients, set proper expectations, and resolve concerns as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow sanitization protocols
- Collaborate with teammates to support smooth operations and ensure quality
- Maintain a working knowledge of breed standards and popular pet clips
Requirements
- Proven experience as a professional pet groomer with a strong portfolio
- Skilled in safe handling of dogs of all sizes, coat types, and temperaments
- Solid understanding of animal behavior and grooming safety standards
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
- Efficient time management skills in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine care for animals and dedication to safety and comfort
