Seeking a friendly, reliable and motivated team member who is passionate about animals and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include caring for puppies and other animals, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, assisting customers with pet care education, stocking inventory, processing sales and support daily store operations. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and committed to creating positive experiences for both pets and their families. What You’ll Be Doing (Team Member Duties)

• Greet customers with pawsitive energy and provide friendly customer service.
• Assist with daily store operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• Maintaining self, animal, and facility cleanliness
• Feed, care for, and socialize with puppies to keep them happy and healthy.
• Restock, organize, and merchandise products such as food, toys, and supplies.
• Support transactions and help customers with purchases at the POS system when needed.
• Follow company policies and state regulations to ensure all practices are safe and ethical.
• Work closely with your team to keep the pack strong and the store running efficiently.

What Makes You a Good Fit

• Experience in retail, customer service, or as a store associate is a plus, but not required.
• Reliable, responsible, and excited to be involved in helping families grow.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working flexible retail hours, including weekends.
• Most importantly—you LOVE pets, teamwork, and making customers smile.
