Residential and Commercial Pest Technician

Pestoff Exterminating is seeking highly motivated individuals for our full time pest control technician position, experience in pest control for this position is required, The ideal candidate has the passion to provide exceptional service to all of our customers. Responsible for seeing each job to completion and taking pride and ownership of their work. Equipped with a company vehicle, technicians are prescheduled to visit residential and/or commercial customers to apply integrated pest management. In our line of work, you must be comfortable working with various types of pests in various weather conditions, ability to climb ladders without fear of heights and working in confined spaces such as crawlspaces and attics. Our customer retention is excellent and a professional appearance and attitude is what contributes to our success.

Job Responsibilities:

• Driving a company vehicle to complete daily assignments. (Vehicle is taken home at the end of each day)
• Problem solving
• Daily completion of all paperwork associated with assigned route.
• Daily goals must be achieved.
• General vehicle maintenance
• Service

Compensation:

• We offer a highly competitive hourly rate with time and a half overtime pay

• Salary: Starting at $22.00 to $27.00 with great potential for right candidate

Required Competencies:

• Excellent customer service
• At least 2 years experience in pest control
• Ability to work with wildlife, stinging insects etc.
• General mathematics
• Physical suitability (position requires climbing ladders, accessing crawlspaces and other enclosed areas)
• Excellent navigation ability
• Self- motivated
• Willingness to work
• Willingness to work overtime occasionally
• Communication skills

Valid driver's license. (Must have clean driving record)

Professional image

Good oral and written communication skills.

8-12 hour work days.

• 3 Years pest control experience
