As a full-time, in-office role, the Customer Service Representative position offers flexible shifts. Choose from Monday through Friday, 7am - 4pm, 8am - 5pm, or 9am - 5pm, with overtime available.
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll start each day ready to handle a high volume of phone calls from both new and existing customers, ensuring that each caller feels heard and valued. Your main responsibilities will be to field, prioritize, and direct calls swiftly and accurately, creating a seamless experience for every customer. You'll coordinate with Pestex team members to ensure timely responses and route inquiries to the right departments. Your strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize will help keep our operations running smoothly, even during the busiest hours.
