Specialty Pest Technician – Bed Bugs, Roaches & Termites

We are a fast-growing, high-performance pest control team specializing in bed bugs, roaches, termites, and general pest services. Our work isn’t for the faint of heart. It’s demanding, hands-on, and often requires long hours—but it’s also rewarding and comes with the support of a tight-knit, team-driven crew.

What You’ll Do

• Perform specialty pest treatments including bed bugs, roaches, termites, and other general pests
• Operate treatment equipment, trailers, and specialty rigs
• Work in a variety of environments—sometimes hot, cramped, or dirty
• Communicate clearly with teammates and customers
• Maintain safety standards and follow treatment protocols
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the field
• Willingness to learn specialty pest techniques

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• DOT Medical Card (or ability to obtain one)
• Three years of driving history
• Ability to tow and park a trailer safely
• Comfortable working long hours when needed
• Reliable, professional, and safety minded. 
• High school diploma or equivalent. 
• Strong Communication skills effectively through verbal, written and in person. 
• Strong customer service and in-person presentation skills. 
• Ability to lift to 50 lbs and be able to kneel and bend as necessary for a job.  
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping. 
• Self-motivated and results driven. 
• Valid Driver’s license with a good driving record. 
• Pass a background check and drug screen. 
• Pest Control experience or Pest Control License (Preferred but no required)
