Pest Bear is expanding throughout the Tampa Bay area and looking for motivated, outgoing people to join our growing sales team.
We're hiring throughout Tampa and surrounding communities, including New Port Richey, Land O' Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Lutz, Clearwater, Brandon, and nearby areas.

No pest control experience is required. We provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and the product knowledge you need to get started.
What You'll Do
- Meet and connect with homeowners throughout Tampa Bay
- Build relationships and identify customer needs
- Introduce homeowners to Pest Bear's services
- Generate new customers through neighborhood outreach and prospecting
- Follow up with interested homeowners
- Present solutions and close new business
- Manage your sales activity and customer pipeline
- Work toward individual and team performance goals
Compensation & Benefits
- $75,000–$115,000 first-year earning potential
- Dependable base pay

Who We're Looking For
You don't need previous pest control experience to succeed here. We're looking for people who are:

- Reliable and consistent
- Able to work throughout residential communities
- Equipped with reliable transportation
- At least 23 years old
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates with backgrounds in automotive sales, wireless, telecommunications, home improvement, roofing, solar, windows, insurance, retail, hospitality, or customer service are encouraged to apply.
