Duties
- Perform thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues and potential entry points
- Apply pest control treatments using appropriate tools, chemicals, and equipment safely and effectively
- Educate customers on pest prevention methods and recommend suitable treatment plans or products to enhance their property’s protection
- Drive company vehicle to various job sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, treatments performed, and customer interactions for accurate reporting
- Assist with lawn care, landscaping as needed to support property maintenance efforts
- Use hand tools, power tools equipment efficiently during service visits
Skills
- Strong knowledge of pest control techniques and products
- Experience or familiarity with lawn care, landscaping, farming or agriculture practices
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to communicate benefits clearly and persuasively
- Proficiency in handling hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other outdoor equipment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for safe vehicle operation
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
