Position Overview
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for following up on leads, scheduling appointments, closing pest control services over the phone, re-engaging past customers, and helping our team maximize every opportunity.
This is a revenue-generating position that plays a critical role in the growth of our company.
Hybrid Work Environment
This is a hybrid position. Some in-office time will be required for training, team meetings, collaboration, and ongoing business activities. However, much of the outbound calling and follow-up work can be performed remotely.

Responsibilities
- Contact new leads quickly after they inquire
- Follow up on web leads, Yelp leads, and marketing-generated leads
- Qualify prospects and answer questions
- Schedule in-home consultations for lighting projects
- Quote and close residential pest services over the phone
- Follow up on unsold estimates
- Re-engage former customers and past prospects
- Confirm appointments and support customer communications
- Help generate online reviews and referrals
- Maintain accurate notes and updates within company systems

Preferred Experience
- Inside sales, appointment setting, customer service, call center, or home services experience
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable using CRM and business software
- Pest control experience
- Home services experience
- GoHighLevel, ServiceMinder, or CRM experience
- Outbound sales experience
