Job Summary
As a Lead Pest Control Technician, you’ll guide and inspire our field team to deliver high-quality service, ensure customer satisfaction, and uphold our core values: Hunting Skeeters, Building Leaders, Over-Communicating, Transparency, and putting People over Pests.

What You’ll Do
As a Pest Hunters Technician, you’ll be the friendly face our clients trust. Your day will include:
- Train new team members and reinforce best practices in safety and service
- Drive to client homes and businesses and perform detailed property inspections
- Apply control treatments using backpack sprayers and other equipment
- Communicate with customers and ensure they’re informed, satisfied, and loyal
- Support scheduling, route planning, and inventory management
- Represent the Pest Hunters/Humbug Holiday Lighting brand with professionalism, positivity, and pride
What We’re Looking For
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience (home services, retail, restaurant, or field team)
- Licensed residential and commercial pest control technician (Licensed in core, 7A and 3 in SC)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Eye for detail and commitment to safety
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willingness to obtain pest control licensing (training provided)
- Enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced, physical environment
