Job Description: SEASONAL ROLE
We are currently seeking a candidate who enjoys being outdoors and providing essential public health services as a Tick and Mosquito Technician. The ideal candidate should have a passion for environmental health and be willing to obtain their state pesticide licenses if they do not already possess them. This position offers the opportunity for career advancement to year-round employment by transitioning to an Integrated Pest Management Technician.

The team member is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl. The team member should be able to lift, move and wear a backpack sprayer of up to 50 pounds for multiple hours per day. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Adjusting and mixing chemicals according to the labels

- Learn about mosquito and tick biology to effectively control populations.
