- Engage in outbound calling to follow up on inquiries, promote new services or products, and gather customer feedback
- Maintain accurate data entry records of customer interactions, transactions, and service requests using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems

Qualifications
- High Level Sales and Customer Service.
- Multilingual abilities are highly preferred; fluency in English plus additional languages is a strong asset
- Previous experience in call center environments or customer support roles is advantageous
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and general computer skills for data entry and documentation
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or client outreach activities is desirable
