Pest Control Technician
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour (Higher Starting Pay Based on Experience)

Pest Control Techs LLC is a growing, veteran-owned company looking for a dependable, motivated Pest Control Technician to join our team. Experience is preferred but not required—we’re willing to train the right person with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial pest control services
- Inspect properties and identify pest issues
- Apply products safely and according to label instructions
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain accurate service records using a smartphone or tablet
- Keep the company vehicle and equipment clean and organized
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds
- Willing and able to drive up to 300 miles per day
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and outdoors in all weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous pest control experience
- Iowa pesticide applicator license preferred, but not required
- Military experience is a plus
