Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy, adhering to phone etiquette standards
- Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and service requests via phone, email, and chat platforms
- Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Perform data entry tasks efficiently while maintaining high accuracy levels
- Support client services by processing transactions such as cash handling and order processing
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using Microsoft Office applications and other CRM tools
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily and foster ongoing relationships
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and contribute to team goals
- Analyze customer feedback and interactions to identify opportunities for process improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support, call center operations, or related roles preferred
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills
- Ability to perform data entry accurately and efficiently with good typing speed
- Experience with outbound calling, sales techniques, or client services is advantageous
- Demonstrated analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Previous cash handling experience is desirable
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications are a plus
- Pest Control industry experience is desirable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
