Duties

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Generate new residential and commercial pest control accounts
• Conduct face-to-face consultations and product demonstrations to educate clients on our unique pest control services and solutions.
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging CRM software to identify potential customers.
• Manage existing accounts by maintaining strong relationships, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Perform territory management by planning daily routes efficiently and tracking sales activities using CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales effectively while meeting company guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional campaigns that drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Skills

• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a focus on territory or account management.
• Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent customer service abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce for lead tracking, follow-up, and analysis.
• Ability to conduct product demos confidently and effectively communicate technical information.
• Skilled in business development strategies including cold calling, inside sales, and retail sales techniques.
• Exceptional analysis skills to assess market trends and identify growth opportunities within assigned territories.

Compensation

This is a commission-only position with no income cap. Strong performers can build consistent, long-term earnings through recurring pest control accounts.
