Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Route Manager Assistant to join our growing team. This position focuses primarily on reviewing routes, correcting scheduling errors, and helping maintain efficient daily operations within the routing department.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and capable of adapting quickly to changing priorities. As you gain experience, you will take on additional responsibilities within the routing department and have opportunities for growth.
No prior experience is required. We provide all necessary training. However, experience in scheduling, dispatching, logistics, customer service, or administrative work is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review and correct routing and scheduling errors
- Monitor daily route efficiency and communicate updates as needed
- Assist with scheduling adjustments and operational changes
- Maintain accurate records and routing information
- Prioritize and complete tasks within strict deadlines
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate professionally with team members and management
- Adapt quickly to changes in schedules and daily operations
- Make calls to customers as needed to confirm upcoming appointments
- Support the routing department with additional tasks as assigned
