Duties
- Design and develop comprehensive curricula aligned with institutional standards and learning objectives
- Deliver engaging lessons both in traditional classroom settings and through online platforms using Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard or similar tools
- Incorporate innovative learning technologies to enhance student engagement and understanding
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for diverse learners
- Provide academic advising, mentorship, and support to students to promote their success
- Assess student progress through assignments, exams, and projects; provide constructive feedback
- Collaborate with colleagues on instructional design, research initiatives, and curriculum improvements
Requirements
- Proven experience in higher education teaching or adult education environments
- Strong background in curriculum development, lesson planning, and instructional design
